Welcome to Immutan ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Immutan mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Immutan is an experimental utility application that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze user-submitted text messages and links to estimate their potential security risk.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Immutan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App relies on experimental AI models to analyze messages. We explicitly disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App's analysis.
IMPORTANT: Even if Immutan displays a message as "SAFE," "LOW RISK," or any positive assessment, you must still exercise your own judgment. We are NOT responsible for any harm, loss, or damages that result from you clicking on links, sharing information, or taking any action based on the App's analysis.
By using this app, you acknowledge that:
Immutan uses third-party language models (such as OpenAI) to analyze messages. We have no control over these third-party algorithms, accuracy, data routing, or availability. Changes to their services may affect the App's performance without notice. We are not responsible for errors, biases, or failures in third-party AI systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immutan, its developers, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, identity theft, financial fraud, or device compromise resulting from your use or inability to use the App. You acknowledge and accept that clicking on any link or responding to any message, even if Immutan labels it "SAFE" or "LOW RISK," is done entirely and exclusively at your own risk. Immutan assumes NO liability for any consequences of your actions.
We collect and process your email address (if you create an account), your device hardware ID (to enforce free tier limits), and the message text you submit for analysis (processed via third-party AI APIs). Immutan offers free verification limits tracked via your device hardware ID. Any attempt to circumvent these limits may result in a permanent ban. Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's native App Store settings. Deleting your Immutan account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.
You may create an account using an email, Google, or Apple login. You have the right to delete your account at any time via the App's Settings menu. Upon deletion, your personal identifiable information (PII) is permanently removed from our active database. We retain anonymized, non-identifiable device data solely for the purpose of enforcing our free-tier limits and preventing abuse.
You agree not to use the App to process classified, highly sensitive corporate data, or illegal content. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI prompts of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Israel, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Immutan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
